The use of robots sets completely new standards in additive manufacturing and breaks old limitations. The printing of large components can be done much more economical, more extensive and on surfaces of any shape.
At the “Additive Manufacturing” discourse on 5 December, two experts gave exciting presentations on this topic: Nikolai D’Agostino, Head of Research Digital Factory Solution at Cenit AG, offered participants insights from the software perspective. Project Manager Johannes Born from CTC GmbH (Airbus) addressed the topic from the user’s perspective. The presentations were followed by a lively panel discussion, in which the audience also engaged in lively debate.
With gingerbread, speculoos and mulled wine, the guests could end the evening in a cozy Christmas atmosphere.
