The 26,000 square meters <\/strong>of space offers room to work and cooperate with customers, suppliers, and business partners.<\/p>\n

The modernly equipped areas can be rented in small units starting from approximately 50 square meters, whereby room layout and equipment can be customized within limits according to the partner\u2019s wishes. The room is fashioned after a greenhouse and can accommodate up to 14 people. The room is based on a classic amphitheater, as the name suggests. It is particularly suitable for project meetings, lectures and workshops and is equipped with lap desks, magnetic whiteboards, as well as a\u00a0screen and projector.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Serendipity” tab_id=”tab-greenhouse”][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”2792,2793,2797,2794,2795,2796″ img_size=”large” onclick=”” el_class=”slick-slider”][vc_column_text]The meaning of the name, Caf\u00e9 Serendipity, is also it\u2019s credo \u2013 a space created for happy coincidences. At the large table, the tenants have a cup of coffee and get into conversation with each other. And perhaps an exciting, innovative research project emerges from it. During the summer months, the restaurant area is complemented by a terrace facing the Steendiek Canal, which invites visitors to enjoy a view across the Elbe river.<\/p>\n

The daily menu of the restaurant includes dishes from a soup and salad bar, rotating daily menu options, and a selection of desserts. The Restaurant includes a refreshment bar with coffee, soft drinks, and hot and cold snacks to complement the menu.<\/p>\n

All guests are welcome at the ZAL restaurant.
