The goal was to explore, discuss, and develop practical ideas for new applications of the RAM process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"829\">Participants from industry, research, and universities \u2013 including Airbus, Lufthansa Technik, Fraunhofer IAPT, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg), Lauer3D \u2013 3D Printing and Design, Hamburg University of Technology, and other institutions \u2013 contributed their expertise. Each participant had submitted three ideas in advance, which were subsequently voted on.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"934\">In a Light Decision Jam, two concepts were selected and further developed in small groups:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"1118\">\n<li data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"973\">\n<p data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"973\">Foam-filled sidewall panels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1118\">\n<p data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1118\">3D-printed jigs with integrated functions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1376\">The workshop clearly demonstrated that RAM enables far more than just \u201cprinting big.\u201d The technology allows bionic lightweight structures, material mixes including bio-based options, and automated, economical production in small quantities.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all participants for their contributions and constructive dialogue.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 26, 2025, the first workshop on Robot-Guided Additive Manufacturing (RAM) took place at the ZAL TechCenter.
